Payment and cancellation policy

We accept payment with cash or credit card. Applicable taxes, TPS and TVQ are not included in the listed prices.

Arrival between 13:00 and 16:00 Check out 11:00

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All reservations once approved regarding availability must be covered by a deposit on VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. The full payment must be given on arrival
by cash, VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

On some reservations a security deposit could be demanded.

CANCELLATION :

- 30 days or more from arrival date, no fees.
- 15-29 days prior to arrival date, you will be billed for 20% of the amount.
- 7-14 days prior to arrival date, you will be billed for 40% of the amount.
- 6-9 days prior to arrival date, you will be billed for 60% of the amount
- 2-0 days prior to arrival date, you will be billed for 100% of the amount.
- No show - early departure, no amount will be refunded.
